Shipping information
JUVIA uses DHL as a delivery service provider. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code, which you can use to follow your order on its way to you. Unfortunately, we are currently not offering delivery to a Packstation, nor via express delivery.
Terms of delivery
We ship to a number of different countries, so delivery times may vary. Deliveries to Germany usually take between 2 - 3 business days. Please mark, there will be no delivery on sun- and holidays.
Deliveries to the Netherlands and Austria take between 2 - 3 business days. If you’re in Switzerland or other EU countries your JUVIA order can take 3 - 4 business days to arrive.
