We're currently shipping to these countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and other EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Latvia.

At JUVIA, you're able to place an order as a guest user, a registered user or a new customer. Ordering is easiest and quickest when you sign up for a JUVIA account. Once you have decided on color and size, you can place your items in the shopping basket, where you'll find an overview of all the items you have selected. You'll also find the total sum of your order here. Your order is not legally binding until you have gone through the payment process and selected your shipping address.

Unfortunately, ordering by e-mail or phone is not possible at JUVIA. However, you can easily order through our online shop - whether as a guest, a registered customer or as a new customer.

Feel free to order whatever you' like - we don't have a minimum order value.

In addition to your order confirmation, we will send you an e-mail with tracking information right away. You can use this to keep an eye on your order's location. If you have signed up to JUVIA, you can also find this information under 'My Account'. If your tracking code says that your order has been delivered to you even though it hasn't, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to help you.

You would like to give JUVIA products as a gift? That’s a great idea! After placing the items in your shopping basket, you can select our gift wrapping service. We will gift wrap your items for 4,95 € (flat rate) and ship them to Germany, Austria or the Netherlands. Gift wrapping and shipping to Switzerland costs 5,95 CHF.

After an order has been placed, we forward it our warehouse as fast as we can in order for your order to reach you as soon as possible. For this reason, we are unable to retrospectively change orders or addresses. If you have ordered something that you're not happy with, you can return it to us for free. If your order has been shipped to Germany, you will automatically receive a return form and sticker with your purchase. If you're in Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, United Kingdom or other EU countries, you can download your free return sticker online. To do so, click 'Returns' at the bottom of the JUVIA homepage. A new window will open where you can enter your data.

We can't promise you anything, but we can try. If you get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order, we'll try to cancel it before it reaches the warehouse. If your order has already been forwarded to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. You do, however, always have the option to return your order to us for free. As soon as it reaches us, we will send you a confirmation and issue a refund assuming the order has already been paid for.

You're missing an item even though it's listed on your packing slip? Please get in touch with our customer service team so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Login / Sign up

You don't need a JUVIA account to be able to place an order. This can be done as a guest as well.

At JUVIA you're able to place an order as a guest user, a registered user or a new customer. The quickest and easiest way to order is by signing up for a JUVIA account. You'll be able to view all important data such as order history, tracking codes and item prices within your account. You are also able to change all your settings here.

You've forgotten your password? No problem at all. Just click on the button 'Login' in the JUVIA navigation, where you can select 'Forgotten your password?' and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail with which you can reset your password. If you haven’t received an e-mail from us, please check your SPAM folder.

"My Account" is your personal user account for the JUVIA online shop. Alternatively, you can place an order as a guest user. Ordering becomes quicker and easier when you use a JUVIA account. You can view your order history, track orders on their way to you and edit your personal data.

You want to order in the quickest and easiest way possible? Click on the button 'Login' at the right-hand side of the JUVIA online shop menu and select 'Register' where you can enter your details. Alternatively, you can register during the ordering process by selecting 'New customer / Guest' and creating a password.

Of course, you can place an order without signing up for a JUVIA account. During the ordering process you have the opportunity to proceed as a guest user. Select 'You're a guest' and continue with the ordering process. When entering your personal details, ensure that you have unticked 'I want to create an account'.

We're sad to see you go! Of course, you can delete your account at any time. Please contact our customer service team via phone or e-mail.

Payment

You can pay by using your credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay. If your order is being shipped to Germany, you can pay via invoice as well. JUVIA reserves the right to withhold certain payment methods at any time.

Your data safety is extremely important to us. Your data is kept private and any refunds on items you're not happy with will be made quickly and securely. If you have any specific questions or queries, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

When your chosen payment method is invoice, you have to transfer the money within 14 days of receiving your order. During the ordering process you are presented with a choice of payment methods. Sometimes you may not be able to pay using an invoice. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually change the options that are shown for your order. Please note: Always use your invoice and customer number as a reference when paying your invoice. If you're paying for more than one order, please create a separate transfer for each order so that we can allocate the right one.

Paying using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express is secure and easy at JUVIA. During the payment process, you will automatically be redirected to the payment service provider. Once you have completed this step, you will be forward back to the online shop to complete your order.

PayPal is an online payment service provider, that makes online payments quick and secure. Your bank and credit card details are only stored within PayPal. If you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will be redirected to their webite where you can login using your PayPal data and proceed with your payment.

Amazon Pay is a service that lets you use the payment methods already saved in your Amazon account to make payments within third-party websites. To do so, you can use any of the payment methods or addresses on file in your Amazon account. To complete the payment process using Amazon Pay please select 'Amazon Pay' in your shopping basket - this will open a new window. Here you can login to your Amazon account, select your shipping address and payment method. Complete your payment by clicking the 'Buy now' button. You will then receive an order confirmation from JUVIA.

Delivery

JUVIA uses DHL as a shipping provider. Delivery costs are 4,95 € within Germany, 4,95€ in Austria and in the Netherlands, 5,95CHF in Switzerland and 6,95€ in other EU countries.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code. Please remember that it may take a few hours for your tracking code to be activated.

Depending on the country, delivery times may vary. Deliveries to Germany usually take between 2-3 business days after placing your order, deliveries to the Netherlands and Austria take between 2-3 business days, deliveries to Switzerland and other EU countries may take 3-4 business days.

With JUVIA shipment tracking you can always keep an eye on your order. In your shipping confirmation you will find a tracking number, with which you can view the status of your order at any time. If you have created a customer account, you can also access the tracking number via your account. This way you can easily track every step - from the receipt of your order to the successful delivery.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer express shipping.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver our beauty products to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Ireland.

In case your order has been damaged during transport, you can return it to us for free. We kindly ask you to explaining the damage on your return form.

If you haven't received the items you ordered, please get in touch with our customer service team. Please make sure that you have your order number as well as the item number or item name. This way we can sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

Returns

This is our return policy: if your JUVIA order was delivered to Germany, you will have received a return form and sticker automatically. For returns from Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and other EU countries you can download your free of charge return sticker online. To do so, please select 'Returns' on the JUVIA website. This will open a new window where you can enter the relevant data and download everything you need. In both cases, you’ll need to fill out the return form and send it back to us along with the items you would like to return using the original packaging. Please attach your return sticker to the front of your parcel so that the original delivery sticker is no longer showing.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your beauty products, you can return the items to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions for a successful return:

1.     The item must be unopened, complete, unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, opened, incomplete or damaged products cannot be refunded.

2.     Please note that perfume is classified as dangerous goods due to its ingredients, and the responsibility for correct labelling lies with the sender of the products. This is important for safety during transport. 

3.     Due to the dangerous goods classification, we recommend that you use the original shipping carton for the return, as this is already labelled as dangerous goods.

This ensures that the perfume arrives safely and in good condition and makes it easier to process your return. Please check that the labelling is still clearly legible.

Make sure that the packaging is of a suitable quality, similar to our shipping carton.

4.     Please make sure that the item cannot move around in the parcel. If necessary, use as much filling material as necessary to prevent movement during transport.

5.     Products that are under pressure or filled with liquids must be securely sealed (if necessary with adhesive) to prevent the contents from escaping during transport or in the logistics centre.

We'll try to be quick - promise! As soon as we have processed your returns, we will get in the touch with the payment service provider. One to two business days later, the money will be back in your account. Refunds are always made to the payment method that was used to pay.

You're not happy with an item? No problem. As soon as you have received your delivery, you have fourteen days to return it to us.

If you cannot tolerate an item from your order, you have the option of returning it to us free of charge within the returns period of 14 days. However, the prerequisite for this is that the contents already removed do not significantly exceed the quantity required for testing purposes. Please send us photos of the type of intolerance so that we can investigate.

If you scroll down to the bottom of our website, you can enter your e-mail address. After registering you will receive an e-mail in which you need to confirm your subscription. Please also check your spam folder, in case you can't find the e-mail in your inbox. Of course, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any point.

You can apply your voucher code to your shopping basket by entering the code into the relevant field and confirm. If the code was correct, the offer will be applied to your total sum or to an item in your shopping basket. If you want to delete an already applied voucher code, click the 'X' next to it.

Unfortunately we can't apply a voucher code to an order that's already been placed. Why don't you use it on your next order?

And: you can combine the pieces with other JUVIA styles. JUVIA also stands for quality – we use carefully selected materials and 95% of our production is based in Europe.

The sizes of our JUVIA collections comply with international size standards. This means that XS is equivalent to European sizes 32-34, S is equivalent to sizes 36-38 and so on. If you are between two sizes, we recommend buying one size up or ordering two sizes and returning one to us free of charge. You can find more information on the item's detail page ('Cut & fit'). Here you can see whether the item has a normal (regular), tight (slim) or relaxed (loose) fit style, as well as the model's height and size.
